2020 CALIFORNIA COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION of MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCHES

Greetings in the name of the Lord: In case you haven't heard, the 2020 California Cooperative Association meeting has been postponed until the Coronavirus quarantine has been lifted. The meeting had been scheduled for April 7-9, at the Arroyo Grande church. Once the quarantine has been lifted, the association officers will meet and set a new date for this year's meeting. Churches are encouraged to go ahead and send in their associational letters for 2020 (as some already have) and include their checks for the various association expenses and funds. Send your letters/checks to:

Our available funds for this year are as follows:
1. Minute Book/ Expense of meeting (General fund) - $11,940.44
2. Missionary Committee Travel Fund - $4.79.
3. Youth Activities-$-17.46 (There isn't enough monies on account to cover this year's
Youth Activity expenses, based on past year's expenses).
4. History and Archives - $7,480.57
5. Music Fund - $917.96

Please note that our Missionary Committee Travel Fund is extremely low and the Youth Activity Fund shows a deficit. A motion was made a few years ago that we can only pay out for expenses what is able to be covered by that account. Our Youth Activity Fund needs immediate help to insure a good meeting for our young people. If you want to give to multiple funds, but write one check, be sure to note how the check is divided. CMD contributions should be made directly to the Visalia church..
